We all make mistakes, and that's fine! Should you have ordered the wrong lenses, inform us within 14 business days and you can return your lenses for a refund or store credit. Should your lenses arrive damaged, missing or wrongly shipped, please also inform us within 14 working days of receiving the item.
Returns after 14 working days will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Some lenses (especially toric lenses) are required to be custom-made by the manufacturers and as such, we are unable to accept returns for them.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that for any refunds to be processed, the product must be returned to us undamaged before we will issue one. We are always open to discuss options and help you out, so please speak to our friendly staff and we will work something out!
