How to submit your photo

Submitting your prescription via photo is really easy! When adding your product, simply select Choose file, and upload a photo that shows your prescription. Here are a few examples of what is accepted:

Things to note:
• Make sure your prescription can be read clearly.
• If you have a different prescription for each eye, remember to include both of them in your photo.
• Eyeglass prescriptions are different from contact lens prescriptions, and cannot be used.
